SkierSteve - skier by day designer by night. Steve fits right into what we are trying to accomplish here at Threyda. Steve has been keeping it real this past winter with long days at Pinewski's ski shop, endless hours coaching Nybora (freestyle ski team), and tons of late night sessions doing his signature clean cut designs for his brand Nifty Nine. The awesome thing about Steve is that he has so much love for Threyda, even though he is jam packed with huge projects he left some time to design a shirt for our summer line! We will have more details in weeks to come about Steve's shirt and the rest of our new line, but for now sit back relax and ENJOY Steve's season edit!

Laura Borealisis and Fabian Jimenez teamed up to create what just may be a hallucination of some type. This Piece is never ending and has an amazing amount of depth. Fabian created the bottom half, than passed it along for Laura to do her thing. The amazing part about this piece is that Laura created her half based off of only seeing the top inch of Fabians part. This piece and all it's beauty is available for purchase here.

Here is a demo reel of Simon's motion graphics work from 2007-2008. This arrangement has a stronger focus on his effects work, which is more integral with his artistic vision. enjoy..
Here`s a couple of stills and a video from a little animated typographic experiment Gatz did over the weekend. The quote is from a very short book called The Politics of Experience by R.D.Laing:
We are afraid to approach the fathomless and bottomless groundlessness of everything. “There's nothing to be afraid of.” The ultimate reassurance, and the ultimate terror.
This is a piece that Fabián completed a few months back. 11x7 water color, color pencils, and ball point pen. A lucky facebook fan of ours is now the proud owner!
We will keep everybody up to date when prints will be available!
We were first turned onto Laura Borealisis through Threyda artist Fabian Jimenez. We are very excited that Laura was interested in joining our artist collective. Laura has a lot to offer, and we are excited to start taking advantage of having a female artist in the mix of things. She has already started working on a few t-shirts for the up and coming line. I will leave you with one of my favorite pieces by Laura "Earth Face".
